Mondays, 1:30 – 3:30 pm, Room 7/8 Resuming October 2nd
The Seniors Exercise and Wellness Group will resume on October 2nd in Rm 7/8. The group meets on Mondays from 1:30-3:30 p.m. for 30 minutes of chair exercises followed by discussion of interesting topics, fellowship and tea. All are welcome, both ladies and gentlemen. Each person is encouraged to move at their own pace ... please come out and give it a try!
